Logged in user can manage his lightbox presentation images. This can benefit in the future when iStock will (again!) change something in the code of lightbox linking or when you will want to change the lightbox image or URL attached to many images in one go. I suggest you to create an account here. Registration should not take you longer than 3 seconds.
What it is for?
